The comfortable beds and spacious room were a real treat, not to mention the abundance of hot water in the shower, which is always a win. The rooftop pool and sun loungers were amazing for chilling out, but I did notice the air conditioning in my room seemed a bit off and couldn't be adjusted properly; luckily, it wasn't a deal-breaker. 🌴

During my transit in Washington, I found the Holiday Inn Washington Capitol-National Mall to be conveniently located just 10 km from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Its proximity to L'Enfant Plaza, just 250 meters away, made it easily accessible for my brief stay in the city.

I experienced minor inconveniences during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and the air conditioning struggled to keep my room cool, reaching 80 degrees at one point.

Location that is very close to Smithsonian Museums is perfect.

Handle of a shower in the bath room is not infixed.

we stayed at holiday inn and had a great experience. the location is excellent, just a block from the Air and Space Museum. the rooms were clean and comfortable with 2 queen beds, a keurig coffee pot, and mini-frig. there is a small market in the lobby for snacks and drinks, and a mcdonalds, pizza place, and pot belly deli nearby. overall, it was a good stay, with friendly staff and great amenities.

The accommodations have nice rooms and a building, along with a spacious fridge and plenty of delicious food options available.

I selected this hotel for attending a corporate assembly as it features five meeting rooms including two 3,000 square foot ballrooms with contemporary decor accommodating groups from 5 to 250. The business center and flexible meeting venues were beneficial for my work needs.

The only service I missed for my work was a lack of consistent replacement of office supplies such as coffee pods and cups during my stay.

Nice location and clean hotel

This is a great location for sightseeing the National Mall. Buffet breakfast was pleasant. Bar is a bit pricey. Friendly staff. Room rates are higher. Sheets had stains. Bugs on bed. Shower needed cleaning. Lights too bright. Convenient market.

The nicely decorated and spacious room with easy access to the mall was enjoyable. The reasonably priced breakfast was above average, with delicious pancakes and toast. The hotel is located in an efficient business area close to Dulles International Airport, major metro station, the Wharf, restaurants, and museums.

Enjoyed a relaxing drink at the laidback observation deck. The hotel's event venues are top-notch for business or private functions. My room was nicely decorated and a good size, with breakfast included. I appreciated the excellent air conditioning, Keurig coffee machine, and having a couch in the room - very convenient! The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and ideal, being very close to all the sightseeing spots I wanted to visit. I also admired the modern interior design.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to all the best museums and attractions. And the nearby Wharf area had stunning views and great entertainment options.

Oh, how I loved paying for everything with a card, trying to beg for extra coffee pods, and enjoying overpriced drinks. So delightful.
